2.  Snail Mail for shipping Photo Albums or other materials:

Note: There are many ways to submit images via the mail. It's advisable to consult with your local post office on the best method to suit your needs. Following are several suggestions, but use at your own risk.

Photo's: Small photo's can be put in #10 envelopes and sandwiched between pieces of hard cardboard to prevent bending, and then bind them with a rubber band to keep them in order. It goes for manila envelopes for larger photographs. Put images in zip lock or freezer type bags, if you’re worried about moisture or pack in a box with foam peanuts. I have used those hardboard self-sealing post office type-shipping envelopes with photos sandwiched between cardboard for extra protection. In either case, group your images in separate envelopes with your name, title or sub-title, track and name of music, and images enclosed, as per the example below: 

 Negatives/Slides: Check with your local post office, but one suggestion is to pack them in a small box, or hardboard style envelope.  Make sure, you insert a sheet of paper with the same information as in Photo's above and include it with each grouping. If I cannot readily determine the order, images will be installed as best as can be determined.

As with the other delivery options, don't forget to mail in Musical CD's of your choice or select one of the other musical options for your song selections.
